Because every client has different needs, every home country has specific
business customs, and every target country or region
has its own business practices and imposes its
specific regulatory framework — it is impossible
to set forth a uniform global 'process'. However, all clients start
with our online interview form, and certain elements are generally
common in our process.
Evaluation and Agreement
Timing: normally less than one month
We examine the needs of your company and formulate our opinion of
our ability to successfully meet those needs. This process starts with
our online inverview form, and proceeds through discussions
with our sector specialists and target market development
executives or agents, as appropriate. If your company and
our firm are in agreement with our eventual approach, we
mutually set forth our formal Letter of Engagement or Contract.
Boca Comm RPG Client Interview & Application
Engagement Planning
Timing: normally less than two weeks
After our agreement is in place, we prepare the team for the
marketing or development effort. Although this of
course varies depending on the engagement, Boca Comm RPG typically calls
on several functional groups of Boca Comm:

Boca Comm CAG — Client Acquisition Group This group works in
general sales and marketing support. They are charged with source and
target market research, preparation of sales and marketing collateral
materials - promotion pieces, website content, targeted marketing —
in short, all activities related to the sales and sales support process.
Boca Comm RPG — Representation Practice Group
This group coordinates activities
between your home or source
market and the markets you are targeting. Typically, a Market Development
executive is in charge of each market, and these executives recruit
and/or administer the sector specialists, advisors, and other staff
as required. Boca Comm RPG also arranges and negotiates agreements in
the various markets worldwide, handling the problems of differences
in business practices and cultures.
Boca Comm NOC — Network Operations Center
This is the information technology group of the firm. Depending on the
type of engagement, this group may be utilized to deploy a local
language website for your target market, or integrate our sophisticated
sales and marketing management system to your systems, or to simply
prepare an interface for your company to access our systems to review
and monitor actitivities. Activities of the NOC are managed by the CAG
and RPG.
Engagement Execution
After the framework for management and administration is in place,
the actual execution of your engagement begins.
Most clients work with their local or regional Market Development
executive, who coordinates all Boca Comm staff and network resources
on behalf of our client. In certain instances the client may work
through one of the global head offices of Boca Comm.
