Our process consists of six action steps.
Starting the Process
- Step 1 Needs Assessment
A baseline understanding of your business: your management
team and structure, your business model and market situation,
and finally your financial situation and capital requirements.
- Step 2 Business Evaluation
Delving in detail into your business strategies, growth
objectives, product development plans, market dynamics,
financial history, and competetive activity. Finally, we
analyze your financial need and determine which of our
investor organizations is best suited for the opportunity.
Structuring the Deal
- Step 3 Offer Preparation
Due diligence in conjunction with your accounting firms conducts
a review of your financial records, discussions with your executive
management team, and an in-depth financial analysis. Our findings yield
a recommendation on the structure of the transaction best suited for your
needs, as well as the needs of the investor. We then work with you to
prepare the offering memorandum.
- Step 4 Investor Review
Typically, we conduct the roadshows in conjunction with our clients. To
facilitate our Investor network's analysis and due diligence process,
we provide answers and spark relationships between Investor and Client.
Concluding the Transaction
- Step 5 Transaction Finalization
When all the questions have been answered and the deal has been
structured to satisfy all parties, we finalize the transaction as
appropriate.

with Investors and Clients to assure continued confidence and
