Management Consulting resources at Cernant are primarily based in Atlanta, London and Boca Raton. Professionals in these offices travel heavily throughout the world. This group is typically involved in client relationship management, and perform the underlying or preliminary business analysis and strategic direction for projects. This group also provides day-to-day project management and quality control functions.
Our Engagement Management Methodology
A typical engagement starts with a Needs Analysis where detailed requirements for the effort are set forth. If you wish, Cernant will assist you in the preparation of a Business Case with a Budgetary Plan to justify the implementation, including ROI Analysis. Once your management team as well as Cernant staff are "on the same page", a Project Plan is put together to assure agreed upon timelines. Regular Status Meetings take place by conference call or onsite to review progress. Progress notes are submitted weekly.
